MOVIES: At the moment...I am speechless.

Well it's no secret that aside from Cars 2 and, perhaps Cars, Pixar has dominated the competition in the animated picture department. Over the past decade there have really only been a handful of animated films that I hold to the same esteem as the Pixar entries. How to Train Your Dragon is one of them. Well, now the same folks who brought us that gem have released the first trailer for what I now believe to be their next triumph. Rise of the Guardians tells the tale of our childhood experiences come to life. Let me explain, Santa, The Easter Bunny, The Tooth Fairy and The Sandman are all real, and they must fight to keep the imagination of children strong. A nameless, dark force looks to fill the world with fear rather than wonder, and the heroes of our youth must fight for what we want to believe in. Seriously this looks absolutely incredible and I hope Dreamworks has another smash hit on their hands. The cast includes Alec Baldwin, Chris Pine, Isla Fisher, Hugh Jackman and more. Rise of the Guardians hits theaters this November!
