Well we all knew it was coming...it was just a matter of how long it would take. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 has officially reached $1 billion in box office take worldwide. Roughly 2 weeks after it's initial release, Harry has become the 9th movie in history to reach the prestigious $1 billion mark. A fitting finish for one of the most lucrative franchises our world has ever seen. If you haven't caught the movie yet, I highly recommend you do. It's certainly a fitting conclusion to such a magical story that has provided an escape for millions of people across the globe.
