VIDEO GAMES: Forget the VGAs! Here's my votes!

So the VGAs are tonight on Spike and they're actually looking pretty promising this year. There should be some sweet looks at games to come next year and it's always fun to see which games win the big awards even though the VGAs aren't known for being the most accurate. Obviously I haven't played all the games that were nominated but I feel like posting some of my picks for the top categories. Keep in mind, like I said I haven't played all the nominees so this is just based on my opinions of what I've played this year. So here we go!

Best Downloadable Game - Bastion
Best Performance by a Human Male - Mark Hamill as The Joker
Best Graphics - Batman: Arkham City
Best Original Score - Skyrim
Best Multi-Player - Modern Warfare 3
Best RPG - Skyrim
Best Action Adventure Game - Batman: Arkham City
Best Shooter - Gears of War 3
Best Handheld/Mobile Game - Super Mario 3D Land
Best PC Game - Minecraft
Best Xbox 360 Game - Gears of War 3
Studio of the Year - Bethesda
Game of the Year - Skyrim

This was an absolutely incredible year for games and there are a TON of titles I still need to play. I'm yet to dive in to Portal 2, Skyward Sword, Uncharted 3, Battlefield 3 and more so don't think I'm saying that I believe these games are the definitive winners. But tune into the Spike TV Video Game Awards tonight to see who comes away with the top prizes!
